Enter the room,
\nRight in the darkness profound.
\nMotionless I stand,
\nLooking for a speck of light.
\nFalling here and there,
\nWishing someone would break my fall.
\nEyes searching through the darkness,
\nHoping for a hand to come by.
\nTrying to find something,
\nMaybe a path, maybe a walk.
\nHandheld up and around,
\nI need you to be in sight.
\nI wonder now falling around,
\nWishing someone could break my fall.
\nI need you, I wish a thousand nights go by,
\nStill I think if I had made the walk.
\nA simple walk to talk,
\nA need to have a hand around me.
\nDo you think things would have been different,
\nCause you know I would walk a thousand miles.
\nJust to hold your hand,
\nSo that you could break my fall.<\/p>\n
